Tax on work for HKG airline, live in France

Does anyone know of a good tax consultant who is particularly clued up on working for a Hong Kong airline and living in France (or other Western EU country)?

And can anyone confirm, is total deductibles from HKG earnings 15% or 20%?

Ooh, and a third one; Is it worth continuing to pay National Insurance in the UK?

2 the flat rate of tax is 16% but if you earn less than around 2m HK then it's worth opting for the graduated scheme, which will drop it down somewhat.

3 it all depends whether you think that the trustworthy kleptochancellor in UK is ever going to pay you an old age pension! If you do then it's worth it as the voluntary Class 2 payments, which give you the qualifying years for your pension, are currently 106 quid a year.

But note that in HK (unlike in Europe) no tax is deducted at source, so if you are employed in HK you will be paid gross and you tax return and payment comes later.
