Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Aeros at Gloucester & Filton are a very good and very well organised school, at least they were when I was there on a BCPL module summer 1999 when it was run by the late Dave Coombs.

Have you done a site search on this ? I'm sure you'd find some useful info. Also you may be better on the private flying forum if you want advice "from the horses' mouths" as it were. Good luck with your flying wherever you choose to do it.

Try Aero School Kemble. (Formally Mason Air) I did some instructing there a while ago. Very good friendly airfield that is quieter than Gloucester. Kemble has just got it's licence so it's only getting better. Have a chat with the guy's there 01285771025

I too would recommend Aeros 01452 857419 www.aeros.co.uk as Gloucester is an ideal GA airfield with good facilities. If you are ultimately condsidering commercial training then you can progress through to your fATPL all at the same FTO.
