Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Unless the test is a full pass it is logged as Dual, they might fail the next part! There is no such thing as P2 on a SPA!

whopity has it correct, time is logged as duel if a section or test is failed, if it is passed its logged P1(s) in the relevant section of the logbook.

if the student passes his partial he/she can log the partial as P1(s) but not the original test!!
