VFE, thanks for your understanding, but I think the OP has already decided that
It would only be a means to build hours
and so I fear that he's already on the street corner with his stocking tops showing. I wonder whether his instructors were doing the same thing?

I think acting the prossie will be ideal training for getting on in todays aviation industry. No?
