Quite good

At the moment the job market for FI's is pretty good, though admittedly coming to the end of the season is not the best time to pick up a new FI position.

As for pay, well try the search tools on here, subject has been covered many times but in summary you are looking at anywhere between £10 to £20 per flying hour. At a busy school in the summer that's not bad at all but in the winter trying to live on that can be grim!

Best of luck.
