Channel Express
Seems to be another ship-jumping exercise at Channex Ops in progress with three out of five Controllers leaving. With one internal promotion that leaves two vacancies if anybody is interested. Having lost three Controllers in May for various reasons the turnover seems excessive. Anybody care to comment?

... state of the business right now, hardly surprising really.. Channex not known for a high turnover though - and NO, I dont work for them!!!!
Good outfit, well switched on and got the cream of the 45T market after HLA and FRN dipped out with the B4... heard that 2 of the 3 were married so they'd go together anyway if it was any distance, the other went to better paid job in LGW.. nuthin too strange there by my thinkin'... bear in mind, x5 Controllers, then x5 Ops officers and an assistant, plus crewing dept, nav dept.. not a hell of a lot of staff to be leaving really is it?
If anyone gets a chance, GO - it may be BOH, but they are a very good outfit - bit of change? nuthin wrong with that!!
