hpw do you get hold of FR
how do u get hold for FR if something goes wrong or you want to tell them
youre changing your plans
arrived at Hahn this morning to catch FR755 hhn stn 1025 to see it was 6 hours delayed. so a/c is technical and hahn airport staff confirm same
as does FR web site as well- in hhn a large Fr hub there are no FR personal
..so you get the piece of paper with the fax number in DUB to send your questions to on refund to etc.. (6 hr delay was useless for my mission in this case) but it was permanantly occupied
as i checked in on line - i cant even cancel the check in.. or ring somebody
to tell them i wont be there for my return flight
the res. tel phone on the website goes 1-8 with a list of goodies but nowhere to cancel a flight
so i only paid 20 euro's .. but how do you get to ryanair when you want to ask them a simple question or give them a non violent message.. and cancel a check in

(reason for flight and dont laugh..got offer for tickets to CL game man u -roma and fr was the cheapest option at short notice via stn n drive to man)
