Question JAR OPS

My mob is due to change to JAR Ops at the end of next month.
What can anyone tell me have been the major changes in their working procedures after the change? Are there any?
I know that JAR Ops requires an operator to maintain Operational Control of their fleet at all times. What if anything has this meant for you?

Snap, so do we. It's not going to have a huge impact on us, bar everyone being re-titled to fit in with the JAR ideals.

We have always maintained overall OpsControl - so no change there.

We have had to start up our own quality department and be responsible for auditing our own procedures against a quality manual. It has created more jobs . The flight deck training side of things has altered quite considerably too but has succeeded in standardising a lot of areas. FTL scheme still as always till everyone can agree in Europe.
