Runway Operation - Take Off and Landing Field Length

Hello everyone,

I state that i'm aware off all the variables that affect take-off and landings (weight, configuration, temperature, altitude...). However my questions are:
Which aircraft can operate on a runway that has a TORA of 1205 mts, ASDA 1205 and a LDA of 1049 mts?
Can, for example, an E170, with limitation of the weight operate on that runway?
Which parameters an airlines use for deciding wheter or not to use the runway, of course disregarding economical, and other infrastructural aspects?
I've read on ICAO doc. 9157 that ASDA is of primary importance.
Thanks
