PM-box logistics
is there a fast and efficient way to 'organise' the PMs 'somewhere else' - to get something like another PM-box (as the one in PPrune gets full quite quickly)? I've tried the options given below - move as TEXT or whatever they were - below, but none of them seems good enough to get an overview later, and just copy-pasting is terribly slow.
Any good ideas?

I've just experimented with this, and what worked for me was to export as a .CSV, then use an email program to import the messages. You'll probably need to go through a mapping process - e.g. title = subject, message = body etc., but this will be wizard driven, and hopefully straightforward. You don't have to map every field.
I ended up with a very usable bunch of messages, although I couldn't see how to map the date in Outlook 2010.
You can experiment to see if exporting as XML works with your email program.
Obviously you can only do 50 at a time.

I don't have a 'Move as Text' option,, just 'Download as text' which is what I have done for years. Don't forget to either move or rename the resulting file however or you will overwrite it next time.
