Hello CF
You can call a company called INFRAERO They run many Airports in Brazil and they also have access to a lot of Air Navigation Offices around Brazil so am sure they can provide you with flight plan info over Brazil and so on, the Phone number is (061) 3312 3222 also the website for them is www.infraero.gov.br its a goverment agency so am sure they have the info to file your plan good luck and many happy landings.

If you don't get anywhere with Infraero you can try ANAC (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil) at
http://www.anac.gov.br/index.asp
Hope that helps
