I would like to say to the pilots it is your rights to ask for a better work environment, money and other perks but do but do not make trouble. Every problem has a solution with the right kind of mind and negoations. The only people who will get a bad name is you not the others. Remember you all are employed and there are many other people out there who will do that job for the same or even less.Good luck with everything to you and the management.
