Non Nationals with JAL

Good friend of mine is due to start training with JAL. I have heard stories about how non-nationals are treated by local crews on JAL aircraft. What is the real situation.

Hi!

My friends also work with JAL for 2 years. Now they stay in Japan and some of them can not speak Japanese. Furthermore, JAL always comes to recruite new F/A in my country in evrey 6 month.
