jmc/thomas cook or monarch

I have been offered a job with JMC/Thomas Cook airlines and Monarch Airlines based at Gatwick as Cabin Crew. Ideally i am looking for something that is more likely to eventually offer me a permanent contract. Which airline should i choose? I would however prefer to do long haul which i was told is possible in my Monarch interview, whereas JMC is only offering short haul? Please can you help?

Thanx Macy82

You will however receive travel concessions and leave at JMC/TCX, from the day you start, even if you are temp. Just think, £75.00 per person for you and ANYONE if you book a deal within 48 hours of going.............ANYWHERE there is space available. Sound tempting?

Spotty M. Much more fun for your long-haul dollar. And you get a nice split of both LH & SH.

The role of cabin crew is the same in all airlines but which airline you choose can make all the difference both MON and TCX are good companies .... I am with TCX as you can see and have freinds in MON ... The concessions with TCX are good as has been said the £75 48hr deal is cool as its confirmed flight and hotel ... Its an exciting time at TCX at the moment with the launch of the new airline and the merging of JMC with 4 other european airlines creating the worlds biggest charter airline ..but ! if its long haul you are after you would get it eventualy with TCX but only on your 2nd season contract whilst MON could give you that from the start (depending on what fleet you are trained ) . So its up to you I am sure you would be happy with which ever company you choose :-)
