This is to say a big thank you to the KLM CC on flights KL1444 Abz/Schipol and KL1687 Schipol/Bio on 11th June. Not only was the service efficient and friendly, your help with the mobility assistance system was tremendous.

Thanks for that info. I had a look and decided they wanted too much personal data. Why do they need to know my home address? I can only hope that the CC mentioned browse here now and again.
