Still support the 'Police to meet the aircraft on arrival' call from the FD? or are the procedures in place to stop that one.

We live in an angry society now. I have been punched, spat on, kicked, had my glasses ripped off me and thrown across the room.
Am not cc, but work in the service industry (health care). People think that workers in the service industry are scum and deserve such treatment. It was not too long ago that a magistrate informed a nurse she should expect to be slapped across the face in the job she did!!
I try to treat people in the way I would like to be treated. I think cc have a hard enough job to do. Courtesy costs nothing.
