Unhappy Conditions at Virgin Express

Firtsly excuse the name.
Can anyone shed any light on the conditions at V/express. i have a friend joining the cabin crew at LHR.what the take home pay like roughly for pursers,any night stops,what the unform like,how are you treated, how amny sectors do you work per month.
as much info as possible please good and bad.

I'm joining as Psr at Lgw - told t-home is GBP1000 - plus the extra sector pay

like to know what rosters are

alcoflyer what is your joining date. my friend starts on the 10th jan, but has still not had letter yet but have been told they have the job.
have you had any other good vibs from anyone else.they were not told much at interview and they expect them to start asap ie 10th not able to give 1 month notice. are you in same boat.
any news or info would be grateful
