Etihad conditions

I am a pilot wondering about life as a CA in Etihad. The thing is that my girlfriend is a CA, (very original I know) and we are looking for opportunitites in Etihad. I know a lot about the conditions for pilots, (salary, rostering, living etc) but I haven´t found any info about conditions for CAs´. hope somebody can enlighten me.
