FAAA; the thread
Hey great news...
Have just heard that MM of FAAA wants out!
Says he has had enough and believes they have lost touch with crew.
And AS also wants to go as he can't operate without MM telling what to do.
Maybe now we can find real negotiators and officials ready to make a stand.
First item on the agenda for the NEW CREW: the vitriolic assignment of long service leave by an unscrupulous QF crew management.

Never ceases to amaze me where the geniouses come from when able to identify all the problems. They remind me of King Canute who wanted to turn back the tide. Fortunately he had the sense to move out of the way or he would have drowned. Its very easy to criticise those trying to find the solutions. Just saying NO! to Qantas will not stop them like it wouldnt stop the tide. If the Long Haul division wants to stay in tact i for one am glad that we have a team prepared to take a pragmatic approach rather than the Lemming or King Canute Option....Next. "disegaged" will be suggesting a no smile day.......oh the pain!!

I refuse to finance that bunch of lunatics.
Especially when they publish open documents that say how grateful we should be for our jobs and conditions.
Hells bells they just handed QF a perfect shopping list.

Oh how Typical...another scab who takes but never gives back...you know you creatures who take everything thats bought and fought for by others and sits on the sideline whinging and carping....If you had any capacity or intestinal fortititude you would run for office and offer some solutions and pay your way instead of being a hyena and living on the scraps....scabs like you disgust me..there is nothing lower than someone who hides when others fight....I bet you are a consciencious objector too lol

Disegaged, it never ceases to amaze me the amount of stupidity that can emanate from an individual. Not only do you write lies and crap that Mijatov and Smedley are leaving the FAAA, but you really have no idea about much at all.
Thank God the FAAA is finally in competent hands and not run by the mediocre and incompetent as it was for many years. As Pegasus 747 said maybe you would prefer the no smile strategies of the previous incompetents that we chucked out.
Finally, learn how to spell your handle too, you are obviosly "disengaged" in many aspects of your life.

Im with Guardian...... the FAAA is in the best hands ever with Mijatov, Reed and Smedley.

With Mijatov the Company employed hundreds of scabs because they take him seriously..With the others that were here before they laughed.

I personally am quite distressed at the prospect of the Industrial Relations changes coming, but am bloody glad with have a 3 year EBA and a cap of some sort of overseas based crew.
What we have to do now is make sure we dont get **** on by short haul with their next EBA.
I am not happy about the Long Service leave crap but even my own solicitor said that theres nothing that can be done, perhaps in the next EBA we can get a clause that says it has to be "agreed".......
