The effect of PTVs
Hey guys
im just wondering how the introduction of PTVs to your company's aircraft have affected your jobs. I know from my own experience as a passenger it really is an attention soaker.
Has it made it easier ? Passengers too busy watching (or in my fathers case - trying to get it to work ) to whinge or ask for things. Or harder with malfunctioning units (also saw this on one of my flights where the Cabin Crew spent 20 mins trying to get a couple of rows to work again, and when they couldnt the passengers complained something shocking - because it was advertised ! )
just wondering.. Thanx
