Just a quick public 'thank you' from me and Mrs_DamienB to the BA cabin crew on our flights to Rome and back on the 3rd/13th September - complimentary bottles of plonk and champagne for a pair of honeymooners were most appreciated and the remarkably friendly and efficient service right from check in to departure reminded us why we went for the pricier BA option rather than a budget carrier.

DamienB may I suggest you put pen to paper and send your compliments to BA?
As cabin crew, it is always fantastic when you receive a note of compliment - it goes on your file and can help towards future promotions.
Nice to hear of a good experience![Smilie](https://www.pprune.org/images/smilies/smile.gif)
