current QR male accomodation
Hi there,
Almost 2 weeks waiting for the medical clearance from them... probably more weeks without news are coming... patience is a virtue.
Anyone knows if QR is still accommodating crew at Ain Khalid Gate, I know is where the pilots are, but also some male cabin crew, at least in past they were being accommodated there.
I read on GMC.com (Architecture developerīs website), that QR has a new complex of buildings for cabin crew, itīs said that the buildings were supposed to be concluded late 2010, I canīt get more info than this, even the location nor the status construction.
Someone has references about the current accommodation of cabin crew whoīs getting in at the moment?
Thanks, success to everyone!
PS. I am from Portugal and in a medical waiting process.. anyone in the same situation?

Medicals
I have a question! In the phils, do they put stamps that says "fit to work"? My friend is worried because she finshed her medicals but she ddnt notice a fit to work stamp on her documents. She asked the person in charge of the medical clinic if all results were normal, and she said it was all normal. All my friend noticed was "MBC" Does that mean anything? Thanks for all the help.

I think they are in a hurry for recruitment...that's good! just do the form A its less painful than form B , there are only delays usually if the applicant chooses form B which is a more detailed medical form because they have to go through a lot of tests...hopefully you will get a response from them right away, I haven't receive my contract yet but they are asking me to resign from my present company. good luck! hope to see you in Doha!

Hi everyone,
Just to keep you guys aware of my situation..
I had my final interview on the 16th of May, received my congratulatory email on the 30th of May and sent my medicals on the 16th of June...
Who are in the same situation as me, were you offered 1 year contract as well?
Still looking for info about the male accommodation issue that I mentioned on the previous email!
Good luck to everyone!

100% true!!!
I also worked for them...
The worst experience ever in my life. They have enough place for crew since each month around 400 crew is leaving the company (even more: 50% is leaving because they can't work there anymore, and another 50% is fired).

That's also my question
I'm bound to Doha on the 30th, but they said if I fail the medicals in Doha they have the right to send me back in my country of origin. I did the form B and all of my results seemed to be normal, what should I expect with their medicals?

hi
i would like to ask you when you submitted your medical results how long do you have to wait for them to inform you about the result? ive been told the medicals in doha are just the same with your medical exams done in your country of origin. but i just want to make sure.
