As of yesterday the whole of the Nj /ME 125 fleet was grounded.According to sources "there is some speculation as to the matter of outstanding fuel and handling bills.Until this is resolved then the 125 fleet will remain on the ground."

Is the 125 fleet the same operation formulae as the rest of their big a/c fleets...ie farmed out to other operators to work under Nj/ME name?

Very interesting post! Presuming that the rumour is for real, I wonder why just one member of the fleet was ground? Let me know if you hear more about this issue.

Balderdash.
The NAS 125 and for that matter F2000 & G4 fleets are operating as per normal.
Where there's smoke there's fire but this rumour strikes me as a damp squib.

Well, I might have to swallow my words.
As I said, where there's smoke............. So I've done a little asking around and there are problems. The issue does seem to be with NAS, who correct me if I'm wrong, operate the ME Netjets operation. I have it on direct confirmation from service suppliers to NAS that they are in default regarding payment for such services and that a block has been placed on such services. Further legal action to ensure payment of outstanding monies pending.
I have verified this information in an effort to reduce speculation. I can only hope that they manage to sort it out.

Gentlemen,
Approx 3 weeks ago 2 of the 3 NAS Hawkers were grounded for approx 24hrs. This was due to an insurance issue. The new paperwork had not arrived in time due to Saudi weekend being thurs and fri and European being sat and sun.
All are now back flying and it is business as usual.
