Would recommend 'Safelog'. Lots of internal filters and has the ability to link up to various scheduling systems etc. If a fellow user recommends you you get a subscription discount.

Hello everyone,
WTF happened at CrewLounge ?
The automatic roster import are "suspended/deactivated" !
WTF happened at CrewLounge ?
As many of you have noticed, CrewLounge has changed a lot over the past few years. The quicker the app has grown, the more quick fixes we have had to make, and our code can no longer support it. Unfortunately, the integrations with airlines has stopped functioning. We are very aware of the impact this might have on your use of the app and are very sorry for the inconvenience it may cause. Should you wish to continue using CrewLounge with manual functions, you can find all the information about how to import your roster and flight info by clicking on the button below.
We do realize that the automatic integrations are the reason why many of you are with CrewLounge, and should you no longer wish to use the app we completely understand. We are currently working on a refund portal, which will take us around a week to roll out to you. Please contact our support team next week to receive the details.
Thank you for your understanding,
The Team

Guess they did a bailout twice in three years.
Not the only problem btw. Currency hasn’t worked with me for the last 5 months. Reported this and still not flexed

Importing flights should still be possible manually via .csv file downloaded from the various crew web portals, but I tried uploading future duties and that did not work. I will try in a few days with a bunch of new flights.
Did you get any email with this info? I have received nothing like that to inform me, but noticed the link to our roster system no longer working. Also used their Connect app to get it automatically exported to my calendar but that is now broken as well, right after extending the subscription for another year. Great service once again, after the mess they made with "lifetime" subscriptions in the rebranding before.

My Pilot Log is a good option I think. You can import your logbook from CrewLounge and the support is great. Plus it has a website and works on android and apple.
Alright, I seem to be off their mailing list . For me it was the main draw to give them a second chance, so I will start giving other programs a go to see if there is something better out there.

This email is from today:
Really ****ty, the only thing I want from the logbook is to import the logs automatically with one click... not scanning one by one... not entering in AIMS to download a file to upload it again somewhere else... and of course not to manually entering times and having to remember to do it every flight.
Any recomendation with the auto-update feature?
I think I will check "MyPilot Log" and if is fine I'll accept the offer for reinbursment. I was also in the "lifetime subscription" before this one....
Following the issues we have been experiencing with airline interfaces, we would like to inform you about the different ways in which you can enter flight data in CrewLounge PILOTLOG.
First, you can enter your actual flight details via the off-line interface. Download your historical data from the crew portal (AIMS, iFlight, NetLine/CrewLink, etc) and share the file with CrewLounge PILOTLOG for import. The off-line interface is available for numerous airlines. You find the instructions How To in our online knowledge base (read here: https://support.crewlounge.aero/supp...ns/24000001800 ).
We also support the import of EFB historical flight data, for all airlines that already use AvioBook, and for many other airlines (Delta Airlines, Jet2, Ryanair, TUI, etc). Review our online solutions page to discover how easy EFB import works for you (read here: https://support.crewlounge.aero/supp...rs/24000008047).
If your airline is not supported yet, please contact us so we can look into this.
iOS users can also scan flight data directly from ACARS. This solution article (read here: https://support.crewlounge.aero/supp...es/24000058742) explains how it works.
You can also import historical data straight from the ADS-B network, with a single tap of the button (read here: https://support.crewlounge.aero/supp...es/24000058739).
And of course, you can always log your flights manually, as many of you already do.
Should you need any assistance, simply reply back to this email. Our support team will be happy to assist.
Thank you for being with us,

Sorry - the word has been out for a LONG time not to trust these clowns.
I was hoping things would be getting better, but then again, I wonder if Thales are behind the removal of crew names and the subsequent removal of the airline interface. Maybe some kind of GDPR / compliance issue?

I am leaning more and more to use a simple Google sheets document. Why? Backup and simplicity!
I have just skimmed over this thread but it seems users run into problems over time as hardware, software, integration updates occur. Relying on someone else keeping your valuable information safe seems foolish. What if the people behind it run out of interest or finances? I’d say always keep a printed paper copy. I have an old (paid) Log10Pro app on a Macbook from 2014. Expecting the hardware to fail any day now. Since I refused to go over to the subscription plan many moons ago I fear the only electronic backup is stored locally on my computer (and separate hard drive), but only god know’s if it’s readable outside without assistance of those I refused to pay subscription to.

Should be a big stumbling block for you to. The feature in itself is not the problem, the fact they are unable to update is problematic. More features are to follow if management people are unwilling to invest further in development, and only rely on "current status". That "current status" will be quickly outdated tomorrow.
