I had an opportunity once to fly a G-II without the "cookie cutter" hush kit on it, the engine was Stage I. I swear we broke a few windows lifting off out of Bogota. That thing was a regular rocket once it got airborne though. I'd say loudest is hands down a heavy G-II with tip tanks just because it'll be lower. The G-II, G-IIB, and G-III all have the Spey 511-8 engines so they should sound similar.
Really anything with the old Rolls Royce engines will be loud. The screaming Darts are distinct and loud too. Other than that for more modern turoprops I'd say an MU-2.

A GIII is quieter than a GII, because the exit nozzles are different. The original "cookie cutters" on the GII were loud as heck. Taking off from Aspen on a cold winter morning sounded like the space shuttle lifting off.
The original GII's were a stage one aircraft. I once sent an email to the airport manager of an airport known to dislike noise after 11PM, stating that I was not subject to his rules as I wasn't a stage II aircraft.... He was unamused.

Well, that was the technology available those days. I flew the B733 200. It was noisy. Then I flew the Beechjet 400A. Both were wonderful planes to flybut for some reason I think people on ground didn't agree with me. Specially at night.
