Are there any dedicated websites for corporate pilot recruitment out side of the U.S.A? I am looking to relocate back to England but would not mind working rotation anywhere.

Anyone looking at Bexair should also do a search on the company. Their business practices in the past left a lot of pilots unpaid. Well worth looking at their history.
