What Cockpit?

Ejector seat so post 1945 jet?

take a punt on British?
Definitely British! I recognize instruments, lights, and switches. But I couldn't find a landing gear indicator though. Lots of additional instruments, a research aircraft? Well, then the Hunting H126 which was built to test blown flaps.
Ahhhh - that would explain all the extra scabbed on dials and bits!
Since D26 has yet again declared Open House, try this:

As almost 48 hours have gone by, I think it's time for the answer. It's another research aircraft, delta wing Handley Page HP 115.
If I'm right, I do have a new challenge.

CM, it`s the `aircraft incidence indicator`,driven by the `incidence vanes on the extended probe on the nose. The `yawmeter`,above the main panel is driven by the `Yaw vanes` on the same probe.
Perhaps CM is referring to the rectangular instrument at the left window frame with its vertical glass tubes. One tube contains a red ball, the other one a green ball. Up green, down by red ball. The instrument is connected to a static port. Some info in the net when searching "Cosim Variometer".
Challenge is probably German twin - enlarging the picture you can see a couple of switches (eg lower centre) which have an "Aus" setting.
