I'll have a stab at Watton, though far from convinced.

Wrong Credit

Everyone,

An apology. I posted a LGW shot on #968 for which One11 correctly identified it. However, I mismanaged my reply and the credit headed the way of MerlinXX. Apologies to One11.

Ridge Runner.

Ref your picture #968 of LGW, it makes more of a challenge to those of us taking part if the identity of the subject is not included in the properties of the jpg !!!

My first instinct is to say Binbrook, but I can't find any corroborating evidence in support. The submission stands, though!

Is it in Serbia? Simply going off the RAF Herc and Slepcev Storch. Curious that the tower has a QF 146 sticker along with, at least, an RAF squadron sticker, which really shows its age.

That looks like a Zaunkönig between the two 172s. Only 2 were built at Brunswick University both apparantly are now in Museums in Southern Germany. Does that help pin it down?

OBP, I don't think it is a Zaunkonig as it has a low tail. I'd say it is either a Storch or a replica. The feel of the shot is that it is in the Balkans somewhere. RR

Ridge Runner.

I don't think it can be the Southern Hemisphere.
From the picture you can clearly see that the wind is blowing in an anti clockwise direction around the low pressure system.

Buys Ballots law.
