Now: I had found it from Airwar half an hour ago, but did not believe.

Schoettler I(B3)

Was about to shoot it out then but the cowling disturbed me because the main picture is from version B3, which I did not realize then.

Looks like the Monsted-Vincent Starflight MV-1, although I'm sure we've had it before?

If so it will have to be Open House.

Yes it is Skytrain. Did not chek Mels list though

That was something that can be called an one-off.

Skytrain has declared OPEN HOUSE

Edit: as I just found it from Mel's list, not only once but twice: one 2009 and the other 2010, I hereby declare this challenge posthumously null and void.

Open House will prevail on two grounds.

It may even be it's third appearance (pages 161 & 413), but not too sure about Sablatnic's post! He was a Great Dane, where is now, and Ton?

Never mind Reg, it looks like LM silhouetted it for you and he posted the other one

David, did you spot my post (# 17466, page 874) in answer to your question about the 27th?

Edited to say that I see Reg beat me to the post again, don't be too hard on yourself mate, still a good challenge and one in the bag for skytrain!

Off now, hoping for a quieter day tomorrow, it's been hell here today!

What with all the banter that's been going on, it's took me ages to work out where we were, keep it up guys

Yes mate, I did.

Reg,

It aint my job to check previous posts - I'm just the silhouette wingman.....as TC has correctly guessed.

Why do people recognise my silhouettes..........?

Skytrain, yes it would.

And stays valid, no nullification - I pre-checked Mel's list.

Why take a great handkerchief, wipe all tears from your blue eyes and post a challenge - yourself or via a proxy, the way you wish!

LM I never blamed you (on this one ).

How do they know? C'mon Master, be not modest where you shouldn't! (Save it to when you should )

Because they're TOO good.

It aint my job to check previous posts

all I did was put "60 built" French Biplane into Wiki and there were three returns and only one actually French.
Right...won't happen again...

You don't get out of it that easily mate!

The evening is young - its only 2035.

Do I get a prize for passing 500 seconds?

Mind you I see RegDep has dropped off somewhat early - so looks like its between you and David.

No!

Noyade 500
It's a play on Bathurst 500 which is now 1000 thanks to the metric system...

In 1973, the race distance was changed from 500 miles (800 km) to 1,000 kilometres as Australia shifted towards the adoption of the metric system.
We visited Panorama a few years ago and I bought some samples of the race track from the souvenir shop. Must be worth a fortune now!

I'll send a bag to the winner!
