Magni is Australian
??? It is Italian, or at least according to all the sales literature and their website. Anyway its not from Italy

You are not rebutting the gyrocopter, are you?
Not at all, it is a gyrocopter

the challenge is a modified design, or is it built as a dedicated crop-sprayer?
Its an agricultural variant of an existing design and is built as a dedicated crop sprayer complete with hopper/spray gear etc

ELA Aviacion ELA-07S.
Its the ELA-07F Agro to be precise....so Graeme found the photo, but David identified it. So its all yours David.

but it's classsified as a homebuilt
Not according to the book I found it in....its only available as a complete aircraft, not a kit.

Ken's machine has two headlights?
I see what you're looking at...just the reflection of the headlight on the nose. I only darkened the image as it was taken in twilight anyway....its not a blacked out silhouette.

I'm amazed this lasted so long....if you do a search in google for agricultural autogyro its the 3rd one that comes up! Takes a little longer under agricultural gyrocopter, but its there!

ELA 07 AGRO

Ela Aviación See Products - Models

I do not claim seniority, though.

No. The lower one is headlight. The upper one is the shining nose .

Apologies Ken. You're correct. Closer inspection reveals that it is not a kit, comes assembled for 55,500 Euros.

Ah...Google...I didn't try that! Shame, oh, the shame...

In the case of "I've drunk too much" I'll follow you in about seven hours mate.

Don't go just yet, because you might get this one:

(Senses a trick)

That's a very rustic looking plane. Do they make homebuilts that ugly these days?

How old is this?
