LM did indeed mention the country. Italy is where the museum is located and it is not FIAT.

Good evening all,

A bit late for my break this afternoon as we had a Rep in and the sods always arrive at coffee time and then stay forever !

I think it's the Caproni Ca.134 as exhibited at Milan in 1937 ?

If this is correct, then please declare Open House, as I'm back to work now and will be off before LM gets home to post for me.

Shoot. Wasn't there yet. If that is it, then there are two other pictures available:

Caproni Ca.134

Text google-translated:
Aircraft reconnaissance Caproni Ca.134 was built in 1937 on the specification Ricognitore Strategico Terrestre 36. It was an all-metal biplane engined Isotta Fraschini Asso XI. RC.40 power of 900 hp Aircraft Armament consisted of a 12.7-mm machine gun aimed forward and one 7.7-m machine-gun turret of an observer. First flight of the prototype aircraft (MM.330) was held January 23, 1937. Tests aircraft continued for two years and then was commissioned a second copy of the aircraft (MM.502), taking off on Aug. 23, 1940. More about the fate of this aircraft is not known.

SincoTC, bingo
Glad to see there are more pictures on the net. www.aerei.italiani.net/milan_review37.htm depicts the aircraft at the Milan 1937 show as mentioned by SincoTC.
And to avoid misunderstandings. I simply provided the 3-view, but LM picked and posted it. So you know whom to blame (sorry LM)

OH as requested by SincoTC and let the fun continue!

WK,

but LM picked and posted it. So you know whom to blame (sorry LM)
I'm just posting yours in numerical order!

I'm not quite sure why TC declared an open house, but if he comes back on thread I will donate the above challenge to him and supply him with the answer. Is everyone happy with that.....

and the company designed/built many aircraft and if you hear the name you may want get drunk tonight.
Not sure what you mean, but I'll probably do it anyway.....hic.....

....and another thing WK.

Wossa Caproni and Italians got to do with two RR reheated Avon engines and Mach 2 capability - or two Turbomeca Adours and a real turn of speed at low level.........

Both arrive out of the blue to surprise you!

Go Goggle BL755 cluster bomb and then consider that the Jaguar could carry eight.

you're never alone with a fighter pilot.....

Good morning gentlemen.

This aeroplane is so very obscure and even I cannot find enough information on it.

I found it on Breguets' Challenge and cannot get into the info' page, so I am going to reveal what it is and declare another Open House.

It is the Libossart Pellegrini Monoplano. Crashed 1915 killing its' pilot Pablo Libossart.

OPEN HOUSE.

Pablo Libossart was Argentinian, which may add to the obscurity.....
