None of those - it's more cryptic than that.

What's this? Dunno. Presumably a strengthened lower fin in case it tipped backwards.

Sorry, I forgot again that you don't drink out of bottles......

I'm wondering just how old this aircraft is. Are we talking 1930's or perhaps post WWII? That prop looks comparitively modern. As Martin suggests, I too am thinking this is a homebuild/college/university designed machine.

I know what you mean, but if it were a recent aircraft I would have thought there would have been more pictures....? Unless of course its brand new?

It looks to me as if a committee designed it.

Well, the only progress I've made today is to rule out a number of countries! I'm presuming as its not in Aerofiles its not from the US....I don't believe its Russian having focused on that area for the last few hours. Struggling with the era and where to look next.

Maybe you can get it Graeme....after all there is a cryptic link to yourself! I've even followed links to Australian wine! I wonder if Shiraz University in Iran produced an experimental aircraft!?

No word from LM....hope his internet connection is not down again!

Good morning all.

This is not Japanese, Russian, or from a university.

It was before 1918.

Pre-1918?!?! That limits countries I guess. As it is so ugly is it French?
