Could it be the CAMS 53?
Hi teusje. Welcome to the thread. Sorry, but it's not the CAMS 53 flying-boat.

Hmmmm.

The camo scheme has a distinctly Italian feel about it.

Hi mate. Yeah, it does look a little "Italianish." Just thinking out loud or do you want me to tell you if it's Italian or not?

Did you ever collect those Blandford Pocket Encyclopaedias of World Aircraft by Kenneth Munson?

No, don't worry it's not from those books. Just pulling your chain and annoying you.

Italian?...No.

It's not a biplane. So, do you want to see a bigger piece?

How's the weather? Any plans for the rest of your SUNDAY?

Jeez, you sound in a bad mood! Little chit chat never hurt anyone. Tell me, is it British tradition to have a roast on a Sunday? Or have I been watching too much Jamie Oliver?

It was beautiful day here as well.

And here's that bigger slice you politely asked for...

That's the great thing about this new idea of ours for the thread, for clues you can just keep posting more and more detail. I like it!

Not at all.

For many yes, but not us. We have a large evening meal.
Jamie Oliver seems a bit of a ****.

Now, back to the pic...

Jamie Oliver
I watched one show where he went to some butcher shop and the guy who served him was wearing a suit! He bought a free-range chook from memory for around 12 Pounds?! Seems an awful lot of money for a chook? Does his cooking and grocery bill typify those of the average Briton?

Er, no. I guess you're trying to concentrate? Okay then, I'll stop "chatting."

Well, looking at the fin marking, if it's national and not unit, then it is a WW2 Croatian aeroplane.

He bought a free-range chook from memory for around 12 Pounds?! Seems an awful lot of money for a chook?
Now you see what I mean.

WW2 Croatian aeroplane.
A foreign aircraft in Croatian markings. Correct on that score.

Now you see what I mean.
Yes. He was in todays Sunday Telegraph telling Australian parents that they're killing their kids...nutritionally.

It was used as a bomber and there was a machine gun in that ventral position as well as other positions in the fuselage.

Well it's MONDAY now David and it's been lovely talking to you, so enjoy the rest of your day. Don't spend too much time on the computer, take regular breaks and you may want to cut back on that large Sunday evening meal as I'm sure dieticians advise against it prior to sleep. Take care. Cheers mate.
