Well, now behold a silhouetter's nightmare.
It will probably be identified in a fraction of the time it took me to paint it...
Built, at least taxied and was manned.

Boy, that's ugly!
Have fun...

I don't know that one...
But it looks like it's Polish, and this one's not.

...is "Brzydki" short for Brzęczyszczykiewicz...

I think that pprune's youtube tag might be a little messed up...
Speaking of which, I was thinking the other day that the "new page hump" might be caused by the huge length of this thread. Is it the same also in "normal length" threads in pprune?

You should start looking for it in cigarette cards and not in real estate ads...

W.D. & H.O. Wills, 1910 "Aviation" series.

I've found a picture which shows the card, and it has a Capstan verso (Capstan being a Wills brand). No. 53 of 75 cards.

I was looking...
no, I don't think so.
I've seen every possible Wills Aviation card on e-bay.co.uk minus this one...

I think the New York Public Library (the Digital Gallery I mean) site might be your best bet...

OK, so yours is "Vedovelli" multiplane. (ca. 1901-1917), flipped.

Good grief, if you ask me.

It is (version 2), but it's not flipped.

Good grief, if you ask me.
Re my challenge or the multiplane?
I found it fascinating, even though its high-speed taxying/t.o. run is nothing short of sheer terror

OK It's "flipped" vis-a-vis the collection card. Found yet another picture of it and will vehemently say: "Very, very good grief to the aeroplane. I wonder if it ever flew more that in your picture where it created some dust in the roll.

Just a moment, will prepare a challenge before I must start cooking pasta.

Oh, by golly it did...
It flew right into the scrap pile!

Please take your time, I'm also headed for the kitchen...
