Sorry, found this great site when I read it was Polish, and there only were 77 gliders post 1939... just couldn't resist!

Yes - it must be there somewhere.

I can only think that it was a combination of pushers and pullers, but there is nothing in the silhouette to indicate that.

Could it be a Handley Page design?

May have been designed for trans-Atlantic flights.
