Messerschmitt 1079/51 aka Messerschmitt 328 Bordflugzeug (parasite plane).
Even though there are quite a number of different designs under the 1079 designation I think I can safely award this to you.
RegDep has control.
source: Jean-Denis Lepage. Aircraft of the Luftwaffe, 1935-1945: an illustrated guide (from google books)
Edit: even though Wiki lists it as project P.1073?

Definitely yes.
See for yourself:

I reckon my source must have been mistaken... but so is wiki, at least if you search for "Messerschmitt project P.1073"with google images...
I think it's just another version of the Me 328 and it's also different from the Me 328 on Mel's list (which I guessed a while ago).
