No TC, it is not that
. And I don't know where that one is from Peenemünde. It was there a few years ago, but i didn't find it this year. I asked the (nice but not very bright) lady in the information where they are, and she said they had been given back to their owners. Ahem. I think the owners left them rotten there in the hard-tops in the first place, but I did not follow that up.
BTW, when I saw it (the Peenemünde Mig-23) there earlier, a poster said that they could fly to Gothenburg in Sweden and deliver their "load" and come back to Peenemünde. I wondered a bit the choice of enemy, but now I think that it was pretty logical: Cut off Gothenburg harbour to protect the right flank of Fulda gap folks…..
No. Some of these (the challenge aircraft) were deployed in Peenemünde, but elsewhere, too.

Used to train the local kids to do LM and his pals away before they could "Shape" their nose for attitude adjustment.
The Shadow of my little finger in the focal point is to pay homage to the Brüggen guys.
Pictures are from yesterday, and the place is Finow, some 40 km NE from Berlin.
TC has the thread!

Reg........
TC, you know I put my light off when necessary.
8. Please exercise discretion regarding precise variants and even names of aircraft. A P-51 Mustang is good enough to identify a P-51K. Similarly a Rockwell Sparrow Commander is good enough to identify a Callair A-9, and so on.
