harping on abou the diskoplan see:-

all other references I have found give that aircraft as the Diskoplan 3.
I am not trying to muscle in with sour grapes, just inform those that are interested.

It looks like it has a lot of family likeness to the Prage E.210. The first development in '36 had a single fin and a tailwheel, but they did fit tricycle gear at some point before they went twin-tail, however, the nose profile is wrong, unless it was an unbuilt first draft?
