Singapore ATC and expats

Hi all,

I read somewhere, fairly recently, although I can't remember exactly where, that the CAAS would be needing several hundred more Air Traffic Controllers by 2030. I was wondering if anybody with any local knowledge might be able to tell me whether the CAAS might start hiring ex-pat controllers? I am aware that you currently have to be a Singaporean citizen.

Can PM me if required.

Much appreciated.
