Chinese ATC official phraseology documentation

guys

Would anybody please let me know where I could find the official documentation which mentions "ON STANDARD" means flight level?!

I remember there used to be a post on this subject, unfortunately, nobody replied it with official documentation.

Tried to do the research on Jeppesen Airway Manual, AD-ZBAA and Chinese AIP but in vain, thanks for the reference, I do appreciate.
