To all those thinking of applying or returning to ATNS South Africa-just a warning- be very careful about any contracts that you sign with ATNS! Even if the content of the contract is explained to you in a briefing,document or on a dvd,it seems like it can still be changed after you have signed it.So much for open,honest communication and information sharing.
So be very careful.
It's a fact that there is a shortage of ATC's worldwide-so maybe ATNS is showing now that they are desperate to keep their staff ,but eishhhh for the price of trust and honesty.
We will of cause welcome anybody still interested with open arms.
In the meantime we awaiting the judgement of the High Court
