Air traffic controller
Hey guys ,I’ve made it to stage 3 however I have a big concern I hope existing air traffickers can help with
I’m a black man applying for this position however through the website and the videos I’ve watch , theirs a lack of diversity. My question is to anyone who works for them , will my skin colour put me at a disadvantage ? What’s is the ratio of coloured people as air traffickers?
( genuine question, honest concern )

I'm not starting this year (failed my stage 2, hope to try again next year) but I wanted to ask how long it took between completing stage 2 and booking an interview? I can reapply again next June which is around when I need to submit my thesis, so I want to know the rough timing of things so I can plan.

When does stage 3 dates get released ?
I just got the following email Thank you for taking our Stage Two Ability online tests for the role of Trainee Air Traffic Controller.
We’re pleased to let you know that you have passed the minimum requirements from the first two stages of the selection process. We will now be assessing your results and the invitations to attend the next stage will be sent in due course (when we have availability at our Stage Three assessment centres).
does that mean I get an invite or not ?

Don't let it put you off applying - I appreciate that's an easy thing to say for a middle aged white man, but it's a great job with a great bunch of people.
