Tracking Over Ipswich

I live in the centre of Ipswich near portman road, and always see loads of flights and planes, coming from all directions and filtering into 1 of 3 paths over Ipswich,

Can anyone tell what these paths are and maybe what airports they could be going to.

Also would anyone know what Freq i could tune into, in order to listen to these aircraft????

Thanks
VFR

Just a guess, but quite possibly inbounds/outbounds from EGSS...

Could be some traffic from Stansted. There is a holding stack over Sudbury and a major departure route via Clacton.

Possible freqs you could listen on are 120.620 and 118.825.
