Does anybody know if the production-built B757 freighters are 180 ETOPS qualified? I know that the ex-BA converted freighters are not.

Icelandair or UPS perhaps.
FI have the 1st purpose built 757F.
The only other people operating the purpose built freighters are DHL Airways, Ethiopian Airlines and Cameroon Airlines (ex-DHL airframe).

I thought Arrow in MIA had 757F too.

Are there any point to achive ETOPS180 for 757F? range and typical missions are well within 120, and I even bet 60 min should be fine in most cases

No CR2. Arrow don't have B75F - only L1011s and DC8s freighters.
The Icelandair machine is the ex-ChallengeAir (CAC) one.
CAC used to work this out of MIA before the airline was then acquired by UPS.

TF-FIG aka Usually flies to KEF-LGG-KEF flights then usually twice a week a KEF-JFK-KEF rotation which should keep it close-ish to the land!

Interestingly sometimes does KEF-EMA-LGG and KEF-Humberside-LGG on inbounds with fresh fish.
