The crash near Osea Island was a Commanche

Also believe a KR2 went down at Sturgate, no further details known yet.

A truly bad day, my thoughts and sympathies are with the families and friends of those who have been lost.

As you so correctly say "there but for the grace of God..."

Stay safe

Guys and Girls,
I do understand your desire to learn about and commiserate incidents such as this, but 'Non Air Transport Issues' is the forum where we do this. Please remember that you are registered members of all of Pprune, and that you are as entitled to read and post on other forums as anyone else. I know this will upset some, but I'm going to close this thread. Please understand that this is not something I do lightly, but I do have to limit the breadth of Wannabes to that which is particular to you people, and to ensure that we don't duplicate other forums. Sorry.

Edited to insert correct forum.
