UK CAA-qualified aviation medical examiners anywhere in Canada?

A friend in Canada is looking to renew their UK medical. Does anyone know of any UK CAA-qualified aviation medical examiners anywhere in Canada?
Specifically UK CAA, but could be a Canadian aviation medical examiner who also holds UK CAA accreditation.

Have you tried looking through the UK CAA Aviation Medical website? They used to have an option to narrow search results to non-UK based doctors.

I took a look recently and found nobody. Ironically I have renewed my TC Medical in the UK for years😳
