1. Proactive flight training (proactive Air services)- the management is just poor, obscene and treat their students like ****, the instructors are good and try their best though.

It’s important that a training environment is supportive and conducive to learning. While it’s good to know that the instructors are doing their best, the overall experience can certainly be affected by the way the management treats its students.
