Hello everyone,
I am myself a pilot (A220) in Europe.
my daughter wants to become a pilot as well. She is fortunate enough to hold a European and a Canadian passport.
I understand (correct me if I am wrong): 1/ theory is easier in Canada
2/ you can start an ATPL training once you turn 17 in Europe and therefore you can get a frozen ATPL when you are about 19 and fly an airliner right away.
3/you do not need 1500 hours in Europe but you do in Canada.

what do you guys think? Are those info correct? Is there any other variable that I should consider (obviously the place where she wants to live…) before choosing the location for the school?
Thank you for your assistance

The exams are easier in Canada.
You can hold a CPL at 18 in Europe.
You can fly for an airline with 200 hours in Europe, but just because you can it doesn't mean you'll be hired. It all depends on supply and demand.
