Is there any information on the second officer program and what the assessment stages include?
From what I’ve heard:
online assessment and psychometric
video interview - is this carried out by a person or just recording answers to questions at home?
sim assessment on A320
assessment day - 3 x 7min interviews and a 45 minute interview & 2 group assessments
does anyone have experience of any of the above ?
