Hi,

Ryanair recently launched their Future Flyer Academy which gives a conditional job offer before starting training (e.g afta dot ie/mentorship-ryanair/).

I'm a UK passport holder, and wondering if that would mean I end up in a UK base (which is my overwhelming preference). Whilst I know having an EASA license would make me eligible to fly any EI / EU registered aircraft, am I right in assuming that Ryanair will base UK passport holders in the UK to fly their EI aircraft?

If you have an EASA licence and UK passport then yes

You could also be based on Ireland or Morocco with a UK passport (the latter with a visa obviously). Though UK base is by far the most likely of course.

Morocco? How come - I wasn't aware of any visa rules that would allow that in the same way that a UK passport holder could work in Ireland.
